3D Photo Browser + Polygon Cruncher 10.04 Bug

Hi,

When attempting to view Maya 2009 x64 files I get (blank) errors. The program works well for 3D Studio Max. See Pictures Below.

*Note: Attempting to double-click Maya2Mootools_x64.exe I get the same (blank) errors. I used the default install directory of C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2009\bin\plug-ins. I did a fresh install of Maya and 3D Photo Browser, but I still have the problem.

Hello,

The important thing is to use 3D Photo Browser x64 when you intend to deal with Maya x64 or 3ds x64 and to use 3D Photo Browser x32 when you intend to deal with 3ds max x32 or Maya x32.

Please could you confirm that this is what you did?
The product information report a x32 bits version of the application.

If this is the case, does the problem appears on every files or only on specific files?
I really wonder what is this blank warning box.

Are you running the computer in administrator mode? With or without ACP?
I am wondering if ACP could make problems.

I am running the x64 bit version, with x64 bit windows and x64 bit Maya.
I am not sure why the product information is reporting 32 bit.
This problem only appears with the Maya files, (*.mb) and is reproducible on new or old projects.
ACP is turned off, I have full administrator rights.

3D Photo Browser 10.5 has been released and I hope this is a solution to your problem.
Please note that the name of the plugin has changed and it now contains clearly a reference to the Maya version.

For Maya 2009 (64 Bit) the plugin "Maya2Mootools.Brw.10_2009_x64.exe" in installed
at C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2009\bin\plug-ins and can not find maya.exe.
If the plugin is moved to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2009\bin\
3D Photo Browser for 3D Users + Polygon Cruncher 10.5 (x64 bits) works. A new pop up
message warns the user of the problem, but the installer is incorrectly placing the file.
