Polygon Crunsher crashes

The application crashes all the time. I sent request to help desk two days ago and no replay! this is really not good to buy a product and you can't use from day 1 and no support.

Please could you tell us what is the Polygon Cruncher version you are trying to use (Maya, Maya, Lightwave...) ?
