Hi, got a problem with activating Photo Browser.
Seems to work on Windows 7, but in trial mode I had installed x32 and x64 and could switch between both when need the skp files.
After licensing and activating the Application I just can use the x64 bit Version and miss now the skp ( Sketchup ) files, which are the reason to buy the software.
1 When can we expect the x64 bit Version for skp and Windows 7?
2 It is possible to use both bit Versions?
3 How can I set the licensing back to x32 bit - does it recognize the new installation with the activation procedur?
Thanks Burkhard

Yes this will be done in a near future.1 When can we expect the x64 bit Version for skp and Windows 7?
It is technically possible but I need to rewrite some part of the code to allow x32/x64 bits data exchange.
Sure !2 It is possible to use both bit Versions?
When you license the product, you can use both version. The serial number is the same and when you activate the product for one of the version, it should also be activated for the other.
Just setup the two version of the product on your computer.3 How can I set the licensing back to x32 bit - does it recognize the new installation with the activation procedur?
Be sure that you download the latest package (currently 11.01) and that this is this version which is setup on your folders.
It should works, but let me know if you have trouble

Re: skp files on x64
Thanks, it works for both Versions. I just have to start them seperate.
What I noticed is, that 3D Photo Browser does'nt show skp files. It just read the skb files.
These files are not always available to me because sometimes I delete them. It would be good to have the
native skp files in the Browser.
Thanks Burkhard

Re: skp files on x64
Perfect.
But you should be able to open skp file.
Can't you open the file?
What version of Sketchup are you using?
Normally, you just have to double click on a file to see it on a viewer.
If this is not the case, a good thing would be to send us a sample SKP mesh that does not open.
This will allow us to check why it is not correctly opened.
Note: Your file will be used for debugging purpose only.
Thanks,
Manuel

Sorry, was my fault. It does open with the doubleclick.
What I meant was the preview, where just the skb files are shown. See attachement
