3dsmax files not recognized

I have a trial version of autodesk 3dsmax which says the plugin for this is loaded. I have it running, however I still can't see the thumbnails for the .max files in 3d photo browser. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am running 32 bit xp.

Hello Shahad,

I am sorry for the late answer.

You must have 3ds Max open and must open the 3D Photo Browser utility plugin from the 3ds Max utility panel.
From that panel you have several button : send selected object to 3D Photo Browser, send scene to 3D Photo Browser, Scan current Directory.
If you do not see that panel, 3D Photo Browser and 3ds Max cannot communicate and no thumbnail could be generated.

To open the plugin, switch to the utility panel from 3ds max.

Click on the more button and select 3D Photo Browser in the list.
The utility panel open and you can start to exchange meshes with 3D Photo Browser.
