my 3d browsers recently crash on two machines ...

What's the version of 3ds Max you are using?
When and how does the crash occured?
Is it on x32 or x64 bits system? What is the OS?
The more precision you give us, the easier it will be to find a solution and understand why this occurs on your configurations.
