I wonder why 3d Browser uses 100% of my CPU constantly.

Hi!
No this is absolutely not normal.
Image viewer requires nothing in term of CPU.
But there might be underground thread that might called such thumbnail computation for Windows Shell Explorer.
You might remore or adjust the extension for which you need thumbnailing for Explorer in Preferences > Extensions and Windows Shell.
Look on the right, the checkboxes means that 3DB is performing thumbnail for Windows Explorer and for the corresponding extension.
You can remove all extension from thumbnailing by CLick on the Windows Explorer button > Thumbnails for Explorer > Remove thumbnail for any extension (not sure this is the exact text, but you should find it...)
Some particular extension, like PDF might requires an heavy CPU usage.
