File fomat in will equal file format out ie Sketchup8 file optimized is still an SU8 file not SU16

It would be great if there was a "Do not number" option under "File names" on the "Optimized files" tab of the batch optimization options in the stand-alone app, so that the output files have the same names are the source files.

At present, we always have to run a script to rename everything after batch processing before deployment.
