Hi,

Any idea as to how to get the options under the "Vertex Colors" section of polycruncher to not be grayed out? I noticed they are also that way under the help file image.

Hi,

This option is grayed when no vertex colors are associated to your mesh.
Polygon Cruncher automatically detects vertex colors channels and enables this option if some information is available.

Are you sure your meshes have vertex colors?

Yep, I'm sure. Tried it on several meshes, including applying it to a newly created box. I went to the channel info tool under the max8 tools menu and checked to see if there was data in the VC channel and there was. I then copied that data into the illum channel and the alpha channel just to see if maybe polycruncher was looking for the data in the wrong channel, but it always stays gray. Any thoughts? We have a couple of liscences for polycruncher, and it happens on all the different machines that have it installed, so its not dependent on the machine.

We will check if we can reproduct the problem here and make the appropriate correction if needed.

Ok, I'll check this for the next Polygon Cruncher release.

It is now coming and this should be fixed.
If you have a simple mesh which allow to reproduce the problem, that will help.
Please send it to us. It will be used for debugging purpose only.
