How to Succesfully Register

I bought an RC Localize license, but am having trouble registering. I went to Help->Enter Serial Number in the application and thought everything went ok, but today I got a message notifying me that my demo period had expired and I am now running in "Demo Mode." So how do I register this software? I have the serial number I was emailed, but every time I have tried to enter it again I get the same "Now Running in Demo Mode" message. Thanks for the help.

Thansk to be one of our user.
In many case, the reason is that you download an older version (ie 5.0) and the serial you get is for a more recent version.
