Mootools

I just exported some textures from Fallout 4 which are in the DDS format. Some DDS files will not work in 3D Photo Browser for 3D Users. Is this a fixable problem. The xxxxx_d.dds works fine I did see a few _d not working. _d is the diffuse map used in game. The xxxxx_n.dds does not work. Also the xxxxx_s.dds doesn't work either. Is there a fix in the works for this problem? Even photoshop is having problems with some of these files even with the dds plugin installed. I wonder if there is another photoshop plugin that will fix the PS issue as well? Example:

I found I believe is the correct plugin to open the extracted Fallout 4 textures in PS.
