This page defines elements to print on the page, and their sizes. Select here if you want to include footnote, header and text to your page.

Cells number

Page is divided into a grid. A file is displayed in each cell of the grid.
Select how many cells you want to display horizontally and vertically on the page.

These parameters can also be set in the Printer and templates tab.
The Group by pages display mode is link to these settings.

Spacing

Defines horizontally and vertically the blank space left between each cell.

Margins


Each page areas have a margin that can be set here.
Use the page margins to left space around the cells on the printed page.

Margins are usefuls when you set an image in the cell or the page background. For example, if you add a shadowed image in the background cell, play on the cell margins, so the cell image will not cover the cell background.

Note: press the Control key to modify both horizontal and vertical margin.


Text in cells

Check this option if you want to display text in cells. In this case, every cell is divided into 3 areas:

  • Image area
  • Image and text spacing
  • Text area

Uncheck this option if you don't want to include any text in cells. This make image area being utmost (100%).

Size of the image area

Enter the size you want for the image area. This size is defined in percent of the total cell size (excluding margins).

100% value reserves all cell space for the image. Text area is null and no text is displayed.

Image/text spacing

Enter the amount of space you want between the image and the text area. This size is defined in percent of the total cell size (excluding margins)

The background cell is used to display this spacing.

Size of the text area

Enter the size you want for the text area. This size is defined in percent of the total cell size (excluding margins).


Header

Check this option if you want to include a header to your page. Define its size using the edit box.

Note: press the Control key to modify both header and footnote size.

Footnote Check this option if you want to include a a footnote to your page. Define its size using the edit box.
