Using this page you set your printer, define the paper format, its orientation, the number of copies you need and all the parameters of the current printing job.
You can also choose a template for the catalogue printing. A template is a record of the whole Printing Catalogue parameters (number of cells, images background, selected printer...). Only the number of copies and the Page to print range are not saved in a template. Use the Save and Save As button to save the current settings:

Printer

Select the printer on which you want perform the printing.

Properties

Click on this button to get access to the full printer control panel (provided by the printer manufacturer). This control panel usually gives access to the paper type selection, print quality settings.

Paper

Select the format of the paper on which you want print.

Template

Select one of the available template from the menu to choose a predefined page layout.

Page range

Selection

If several pages are needed to print the directory content, select which pages you want print.

Page range option is active only is the current document as several pages. Enter the page range in the From and To edit box when you want to print only a part of the document.
Selection option is available only if some thumbnails are selected in 3D Photo Browser thumbnails window.


Copies Enter the number of copies you wish.
First page number Enter the page number to print for the first printed page.
This parameter is useful only when the page number is printed on the header or the footnote of the page. Set this number if you need to reprint a particular page of an already printed catalogue and make the numbering match on the both printing.
Two sided Check Two sided if you want to perform a two sided printing.

This parameter is disabled if the printing as a single page. This parameter is also disabled if you select a two side printing directly from your printer driver, using the printer properties dialog box.

When you check this setting, you just have to select the page to print from the menu: odd then even pages, odd pages or even pages. When you print both odd and even pages, a dialog asks you to turn the pages once the odd pages are printed.

Margins

Define left, right, top and bottom margins on the page for your document.

Mirror margins

This parameter is active when you perform a two sided printing.
It swaps the margins between the odd and the even pages, and allows you to print a catalogue for binding.
Beware: some printers have a printable area that is not centered on the page. The left and right margins are different, which might truncate the printing. To avoid this problem, do not forget to click on Adjust to the printable area once you have selected Mirror margins.

Adjust margins to printable area

Most of the printer can't print on the whole paper surface. Some page areas are unprintable.
Click on this button in order to exclude unprintable area. This allows you to use the utmost parper surface for the printing.
When you perform a two sided printing with mirror margins checked, click on this button to be sure that the printing will not be truncated.
You can display unprintable areas using the Display unprintable areas button (Look at Print preview page)


Orientation

Select the paper orientation among portrait (vertical printing) and landscape mode (horizontal printing).


Cells number

Page is divided into a grid. A file is displayed in each cell of the grid.
Select how many cells you want to display horizontally and vertically on the page.

These parameters can also be set in the Dimensions tab.
